Personal Information You Provide: When you make a reservation, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, payment card details (processed securely through our payment processor, never stored by us), party size, dietary restrictions, and any special requests or preferences you share with us.
Automatic Information: As you browse our site, we automatically collect certain device information (browser type, IP address, operating system), usage data (pages visited, time spent), and cookie data to help us improve functionality and personalize content. We use both essential cookies (required for site operation) and analytics cookies (to understand how you interact with our site).

4. Mobile Messaging Program
Program Name: Mamazzita SMS
We operate a text messaging program to keep you informed and enhance your experience. There are two types of messages you may receive:
- Transactional Messages: These include reservation confirmations, reminders (24 hours and 3 hours before), table-ready alerts when your table becomes available, post-visit thank-yous, feedback requests, cancellation and modification confirmations, payment failure alerts, and VIP deposit confirmations. These are sent to anyone who provides a phone number when making a reservation.
- Marketing Messages: These include announcements about special events, weekly specials, holiday promotions, and other offers. You will only receive marketing messages if you explicitly opt in by checking a box during booking or by enabling the option in your account settings. Marketing messages will not exceed 4 per month.
How You Opt In: By providing your phone number during the reservation process, you consent to receive transactional messages. For marketing messages, you must separately opt in via a checkbox on our booking form or within your account settings.
How You Opt Out: You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive. Alternatively, you can update your preferences in your account settings. After opting out, we will confirm your opt-out and stop sending messages to that number.

What It Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier for details on pricing. Message frequency varies depending on your activity with us (transactional messages correspond to your bookings; marketing messages are limited as described above).

Data We Collect for SMS: We collect your phone number, the content of messages you send us (for our records), and timestamps of your opt-in and opt-out events. This information is used solely to operate the messaging program and to maintain accurate records of your preferences.
Data Shared with Carriers: Only the information necessary to deliver the message (e.g., your phone number and message content) is shared with the wireless carriers. We do not sell your phone number to third parties for any reason.
